  • Technologies of purifying industrial sewage from heavy metal cations using cheap sorbents: materials of plant origin (sawdust, leaves etc.) and other waste materials (like fly ash)
  • Technologies of enriching animal feed and natural fertilisers in selected microelements
  • Membrane processes – pressure driven and diffusive membrane processes
  • Technologies of purifying gases from volatile organic compounds, using membrane phase contactors
  • Technologies of removing carbon dioxide in a contactor system
  • Technologies of separating ammonia from aqueous solutions in a contactor system with a simultaneous production of fertilisers
  • Separation of bioproducts, especially with the application of pervaporation
  • Separation of aroma compounds with the application of pervaporation
  •  Dehydration of organic solvents by means of pervaporation
